The True Meaning Of Horse Training

Look, we all know about the 'hype' of horse training. Let's face it, the whole idea is to modify behaviour and we know just how difficult that can be in humans let alone animals! How many of us struggle to give up food (well, some foods anyway), alcohol and other behavioural habits we can do without?
Same with our horses....yet so often we put up with mediocrity believing that our relationship with the horse should be one of comfy friendliness, equal terms etc etc. Um!
